"Rested" yet still tired and worn out?

Ok, let's assume you have no issues getting a good night's sleep on a daily basis. Your sleep routine is optimal.


Even when this is the case, can you still wake up feeling worn out, or beaten up? Or as if you got a good night's sleep but you sure don't feel like you did?


Why do you suppose that is? After all, you did get a perfect night's sleep last night, right?


What do you think you need to do in order to "fix" the issue here?
